▶ Whoever obtains my art by commission, trade, gift, raffle, giveaway, adopts, etc, understands and agrees with the following terms:

♥ My art is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Permitted uses include:
✔️ Owner may use on websites, online stores, social media, and other digital platforms.
✔️ Visual customization of profiles, pages, blogs, etc!
✔️ Printing for personal or decorative purposes.♥ The following uses are strictly prohibited:❌ Distributing the image in any format, whether digital or physical:❌ Using the image on physical or digital products intended for sale (e.g., t-shirts, posters, mugs, downloadable files, NFTs, etc.).❌ Including the image in packages, libraries, databases, or any collection intended for resale.♥ You are not allowed to erase, cut or cover up my watermark/signature or edit / alter my artwork without my permission.┈┈・୨ ✦ ୧・┈┈
RefundsThe maximum waiting time is two months, before this I will not issue refunds. After this time you can request a full refund (you renounce to use any wips I have sent.)❕Please, the refund request must be made on time❕I will not issue refunds once I have delivered the final product, i'll gladly make free edits if the error was on my part.

If you own/co-own any of my designs, obtained from me or third parties, for sale, trade, payments or gifts, you understand and accept these terms.
♡ References and extra art that comes with my adopts cannot be edited.♡ I must be credited for the design and original artwork, you will include me in the credit of future re-designs and references.

Holds and Payment Plans
Rules:
┈┈・୨ ✦ ୧・┈┈✦ Long plans will only be available for offers of a minimum of 200usd.✦ The duration will range from 1 month to a maximum of 4 months depending on the offered amount:+200 usd= 1 month. two payments of 50%
+400 usd= 2 months. 50% must be paid the first month.
+800 usd 3 to 4 months. 50% must be paid until the second month.✦ ‼️For long payment plans or holds you must send a minimum payment of 20 usd, 20 usd will not be refunded if you decide to withdraw the offer.┈┈・୨ ✦ ୧・┈┈
