▶ Whoever obtains my art by commission, trade, gift, raffle, giveaway, adopts, etc, understands and agrees with the following terms:

♡ I will deny you my services if i suspect you are under 18.♥ My art is for personal use only (virtual or printed) you are not allowed to make profit from it.♡ You are free to reupload my work as long as you give me the corresponding credit.♥ You are not allowed to erase or cut my watermark/signature.♡ You are not allowed to edit or alter my artwork without my permission.♥ It's NOT first come first serve.♡ I will assume that I can post or make use of the artwork unless you as the COMMISSIONER asks otherwise.

▶ RefundsThe maximum waiting time is two months, before this I will not issue refunds. (this is only due to paypal practices)
After this time you can request a full refund (you renounce to use any wips I have sent.)
❕The refund request must be made on time via twitter and before I finish.❕There is no refund after the commission is over, edits are only if the error was my fault.

If you own/co-own any of my designs, obtained from me or third parties, for sale, trade, payments or gifts, you understand and accept these terms.

♡ My original artwork cannot be edited, this includes references from my adoptables.♡ I MUST be credited for the design and original artwork, you will include me in the credit of future re-designs and references.
(Do not remove or cover my signature/watermark)♡ My designs can be edited at will, However, these should never try to imitate another design of my authorship, or be used to create problematic content.♡ A profile on toyhouse.com is required, ask me for an invitation code if you need it.♡ You are free to resell your character for the price you spent on it. Gift art, art you received through trades or artwork no money was spent on, should not be included in the final price of the character.♡ The price of my designs only increases for the extra art it gets, there is no such thing as trade value. you will be blacklisted without warning.♡Once traded for a higher value product the original price of the adopt cannot be inflated. (you will be blacklisted without warning.)------------------------Holds and will be only with a first non-refundable deposit of 15usdThe buyer has 48 hours to send the agreed payment or downpayment, otherwise the sale is canceled.
------------------------Anyone who breaks these rules will be added to my Blacklist, and will not be able to own any of my designs, buy art from me, participate in giveaways, etc.
